At this moment there’s a huge media invasion in Holland. Media from all around the world have come to Holland for Radovan Karadzic trial; he’s the former leader of the Bosnian Serbs. He made his first appearance at the Yugoslavia war crimes tribunal in The Hague on Thursday afternoon where he is expected to be formally charged. Karadzic has been indicted on 11 charges relating to war crimes and genocide during the Bosnian conflict in the early 1990s. According to the BBC a new hearing has been set for August 29. According to Dutch news the trial can take up to two years!
